Midday in Virginia along the Shenandoah Valley. The weather conditions varied this day from dense fog earlier to partly sunny. I really liked it when the clouds would partially open up and hit the valley and mountains with splotches of light. “The Blue Ridge Parkway is a ribbon of road that weaves through the region’s vibrant living traditions. Charles Hite is a life-long resident of Lexington County, in South Carolina. His professions have included, the U.S. Army (serving in Germany), licensed professional land surveyor, sales/customer service rep, and right-of-way agent with the SCDOT.
