Artist's Description
This wonderful tree is found on the grounds of Auldbrass, near Yemassee, SC. Auldbrass is the home of a Frank Lloyd Wright designed house. It is privately owned by Joel Silver, a Hollywood film producer who has produced dozens of films, including the Matrix, one of my favorites. The grounds and house are open for tours every 2 years. Tickets required. The grounds are beautiful and the house and buildings are fascinating. The house / building tours (there are several buildings) are led by knowledgeable docents. There are several statues and sprites scattered around the grounds.
